I believe the real main factor in preventing osteoporosis is simply continual mild exercise daily of the legs and arms, and a calcium pill daily will help also, but the exercise is pretty essential.

exercise is essential to preventing osteoporosis. Also, supplements are great, but getting calcium through natural food sources is best.
