You must submit your nomination by April 24.

Jessica lives in Cranston, Rhode Island.

She is 17 years old.

She took her high school to court when they refused to remove a Christian prayer banner from their gym. She saw the thing through to victory in the face of an enormous hate campaign, including death and rape threats, by the good Christians of her community, her State and the whole country.

Her nomination has gone viral within the atheist blogosphere, and she must be getting hundreds, if not thousands of nominations. Every one counts. The Pres will be very reluctant to award this medal to a secularist. We must make him do it.

Obama awards about a dozen of these a year, and Jessica certainly deserves one.

Anyone can nominate from anywhere on the planet.

There are US citizens all over the world who have a right to nominate.

There is no test of citizenship to nominate.

She has already gotten a bunch of nominations from Ozzies.
