Eco-friendly kangaroo farts could help global warming

SYDNEY (AFP) - Australian scientists are trying to give kangaroo-style stomachs to cattle and sheep in a bid to cut the emission of greenhouse gases blamed for global warming, researchers say.

Normally people who get it are on antibiotics for 6 weeks or more. Well I got it after I was on antibiotics, but I was only on them for 3 days. So...I have no clue. Maybe Thalia does?

Funny enough, antibiotics cause and they are the only thing to kill the bacteria.

The problem is that you can kill the bacteria but the damage is already done and you are more susceptible to it coming back.

Some people suffer with this for the rest of their lives while others recover in a couple of years, still others may recover in a couple of months. Some people have actually had parts of their colon removed because the damage is so bad. A nurse was telling us that if a patient is bedridden or unconscious and has c.diff, they have to clean them up immediately or else the bacteria will actually destroy the skin.

RS seems to be getting better. She still has to be very cautious of what she eats and she still has some pretty nasty spells but it seems to be getting fewer and fewer.

I did have to pick her up from school today but I think it's the first time since she has come back from being homebound. She was so ill that we had to have a teacher come in and do her school work at home for a month. She has been asleep all day pretty much. I suspect that she may just have a bug and it's not the c. diff though.

Anyway, back to the farting talk.

I think I'm a stick in the mud because if anyone farted on me or burped in my face I'd probably slap them silly.

Little kid farts are funny...because THEY think they are funny!
